I'm an osteopathic primary care physician living and working in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. After 15 years at Jaffrey Family Medicine, I founded Monad Doc to offer unhurried, transparent direct primary care — with regenerative orthopedics for joint and tendon care when you need it.

Yes, for bigger things like imaging, hospitalizations, specialist consultations, and many prescription drugs. Your membership is your primary care maintenance; insurance is for major events.
